The “Center for International Relations” of the Ministry of Education invites representatives of higher education institutions of the Republic of Belarus to take part in a business visit to Samarkand, Republic of Uzbekistan in the period from April 2 to 6, 2025 in order to present the educational potential of the HEI of the Republic of Belarus and promote the brand “Education in Belarus” within the collective exposition of Belarusian education at the International Educational Exhibition “World Edu 2025”.

The preliminary program of the business visit to Uzbekistan includes presentation of educational services of the HEI of the Republic of Belarus within the collective exposition “Education in Belarus”, bilateral negotiations with representatives of the Hokimiyat of Samarkand and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan in order to establish and strengthen cooperation between Belarus and Uzbekistan in the field of higher education. In addition, during the visit in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Uzbekistan it is planned to hold a round table on the development of inter-university cooperation, to discuss the conditions for organizing interaction on attracting Uzbek citizens to study at the HEI of the Republic of Belarus with representatives of the HEI, consulting companies and the Belarusian diaspora of Uzbekistan.
