From April 18 to April 21, Minsk hosted the largest tourism event of the year – the 26th International Exhibition and Fair of Tourist Services "RECREATION-2024", which became a working platform for the international exchange of experience and the presentation of new directions in the field of tourism and recreation.

As part of the large-scale event, the Center for International Relations organized a collective stand of the Ministry of Education "Educational Tourism of Belarus".

During the thematic exposition, the leading institutions of higher education in the country demonstrated their scientific and educational potential and training opportunities in tourism specialties: the Belarusian State University, the Belarusian State Technological University, the Belarusian State University of Economics, as well as the Republican Institute of Higher Education and the Republican Center for Ecology and Local Lore.
Visitors of the exhibition were able to get acquainted with the existing programs of the Belarusian educational tourism and the list of services offered by educational institutions and organizations in this field.

Among the key projects presented at the collective stand was the "Educational Map of Belarus" of the Center for International Relations, the main purpose of which is to provide foreign applicants and their parents, representatives of foreign educational institutions, tourism and consulting structures with the most objective information about the quality of educational services in our country and the conditions of stay of foreign citizens during their studies.

The business program of the fair included a republican workshop on educational tourism, where the participants discussed the prospects for further development of the educational sector of the tourism industry in Belarus and got an idea of new projects in this area.
