On April 26, 2024, a delegation from the International Cultural Communication Center of Malaysia, consisting of Benjamin Leong Tak Khang, Deputy Managing Director, and Nasridini Asliddin, Executive Director for Business Development and Project Coordination, visited the Center for International Relations.

During the meaningful negotiations, the parties discussed the current state of Belarusian-Malaysian and Belarusian-Indonesian cooperation and identified promising areas for bilateral cooperation, including organizing the participation of Belarusian educational institutions in international educational events in Malaysia, Indonesia and China, developing joint educational programs, promoting academic mobility of students and faculty members, organizing summer and Russian language winter schools for citizens of Malaysia, Indonesia and China.

Following the meeting, agreements were reached to explore the possibility of holding presentation and exhibition events of the Belarusian education system in Indonesia and Malaysia, as well as the creation of joint educational programs between institutions of higher education in the countries of the parties.
