Within the framework of the implementation project "30 years - 30 actions" dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the State Unitary Enterprise "Center for International Relations", Saad Hussein Khalil, a citizen of the Lebanese Republic, participant of international research competitions, was recognized as the owner of a grant for an annual free education in an institution of higher education of the Republic of Belarus and projects, postgraduate student of the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radio electronics (hereinafter - BSUIR). He was selected as the winner of the competition among 150 out of 48 countries around the world.
On September 21, 2021, according to the terms of the grant, Saad Hussein arrived in the Republic of Belarus to continue his studies in correspondence postgraduate studies. The next day, Saad Hussein met with the director of the Center, Samuilich Alexander Alexandrovich, during which the director sincerely congratulated the winner and presented a certificate of granting a grant for one year of free education at the leading IT university of Belarus.
The implementation of this project of the Center for International Relations is aimed at promoting Belarusian education to foreign markets and attracting foreign youth to study in the Republic of Belarus.
