Introduction of the participants of the educational program:
Setting the main goals and objectives of the program, determining the expectations of the participants
Transfer to the hotel (150-180 km), located in the mountainous Adygea. The transfer is accompanied by a guide's story about the nature, culture, history and the present day of Adygea. An introduction to local culinary traditions, a light treat.
Accommodation at the hotel, lunch.
"Mountain beaches" of Adygea. Adygea is famous for its mineral waters. Equipped outdoor swimming pools with water of sodium bicarbonate-chloride composition, with a high content of silicic acid. Suitable for swimming all year round. Water can be drunk. The taste of spring water, the purity of thawed water and the bactericidal properties of silver water are combined in the water of our thermal springs.
Dinner in the Kuban style: dishes of home-made Kuban cuisine, prepared in a traditional way with local products.

Bus tour to the plateau of Lago-Naki, Caucasian Biosphere Reserve.
Visit the Large Azish Cave, rich in stone pillars, stalactites and stalagmites. This is one of the most beautiful and unusual caves in the Western Caucasus. The cave is located at an altitude of 1600m above sea level, and includes several impressive galleries, one of which is with a land river. The cave is fully equipped to receive tourists.
Lunch.
Master class on the preparation of Adyghe cheese with tasting of five varieties of Adyghe cheese.
Dinner of traditional and modern Circassian dishes based on Adyghe cheese.

To the middle of the gorge, the slopes of which are covered with relict forest, we will pass along a narrow-gauge road, on a tourist train with open wagons. Next - we will have the opportunity to walk along the tracks and take many interesting photos. Lunch at the gorge cafe.
