On April 28, 2021, at the Centre for International Relations, a solemn ceremony of signing a cooperation agreement between the Chengdu Institute of Sichuan University of Foreign Languages (People's Republic of China) and the Center for International Relations in a remote format was held.

The signing ceremony was held under the chairmanship of Alexander Samuilich, Director of the Centre for International Relations, and Yin Dajia, Rector of the Chengdu Institute of Sichuan University of Foreign Languages.
