On March 25, 2021, at the Centre for International Relations, a meeting with Bolotkan Kumarov Sovetbekovich, Deputy Chairman of the Association of Graduates of Belarusian Universities of Kyrgyzstan, a member of the Council of International Association of University Graduates, and Mayevskaya Alla Danilovna, Director of International Association of University Graduates was held. During this meeting the issues of academic mobility in the professional and scientific spheres, educational exchanges, organization of business visits to Kyrgyzstan were discussed. The issues of enhancing cooperation with Kyrgyzstan were raised.

During the negotiations, agreements were reached on the participation of graduates of Belarusian universities in the International Educational Forum of foreign graduates of Belarusian (Soviet) universities and the CIS-2021, dedicated to the Year of National Unity.
