"Maslenitsa in Sula"
On Sunday, March 21, 2021, Maslenitsa was celebrated in Sula.
The excursion program "Maslenitsa in Sula", organized by the Centre for International Relations of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, included a cultural and educational program in the "Park-Museum of Interactive History of Sula" and the medieval Sula castle.
During the event, foreign students of the Vitebsk State University were able to visit the noble estate of the 18th century, learn about the secrets and messages of megalithic structures, ancient Slavic paganism, participate in competitions, rituals, and just plunge into the exquisite and enchanting world Belarusian estate of the 18th century.
Our event ended with the traditional burning of "WINTER".
